According to the company itself, the most important innovation is the new Trick Check featureThe intention was to mark a change of pace in the use of e-bike in the trail or enduro field, wherever there are "tricks" to be done. In practice the system automatically recognizes technical (and fun) maneuvers such as jumps or wheelies, recording precise data on height, duration and inclination.
The data remains visible on the display for eight seconds and can be viewed and analyzed in the app after the ride . Bosch has introduced the Favorites function, which allows you to save your most frequently used destinations and start navigation immediately . Among the most interesting and useful updates in this regard is the SmartphoneGrip Vertical, which allows you to use your smartphone as a display (in vertical format).

Finally, a major improvement introduced by Bosch concerns the eShift integrated gear shifting system . From now on, this system no longer supports only electronic gear changes, but also mechanical hub and chain gear changes equipped with the Gearsensor. The motor intervenes by temporarily reducing torque during gear changes, like a sort of clutch, making the shift smoother and less stressful for the components .
